H&K Fabrication is an Arkansas-based metal fabricator that also sells physical products through their online store. In addition to selling fabrication tools (for pipe welders) and custom fire pits online, they also cut custom parts and fabricate custom projects for their local customers.

The Challenge

H&K had already accomplished a good level of success prior to engaging with us, but they were seeking growth. They were also seeking the expertise necessary to get their welding tool products into the hands of pipe welders across the country.

Their online store was very unprofessional and their order fulfillment process was extremely manual. Because they specialized in metal fabrication, technology and online marketing was not something they had any experience with, so they chose to partner with us to reach their goals.
